Misc

All items are handmade and specific to each order therefore each item is unique and no 2 items will be identical. This means they often can't be made 100% exact to others that you see pictured.

Infinity Beauty & Designs will endeavour to create your items as close to previous completed products but please note that slight variations in styles and colours may occur.

Order Processing & Shipping

Order processing time varies and will be displayed in the banner across the top of each page on the website. Any delays will be communicated to each customer and any changes will be placed in the banner

Processing times during peak holiday periods may be extended, these will be reflected in the banner also.

If you have a urgent request, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your time frame.

Please know that we are a family run business and sometimes things just get in the way which may affect orders processing. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Drinkware / Barware is only dishwasher safe if it has been etched.

All items where adhesive vinyl has been applied are not dishwasher or microwave safe, please hand wash only and do not soak.

Turn item inside out before washing.

Machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.

NO bleach. NO fabric softener.

Do not dry clean.

No. We recommend you apply your decals away from any area being used for food or place a barrier (plate/napkin etc) between the item and the food.

Our chopping boards are coated with a foodsafe, bench top varnish over the vinyl.

While it is safe to place food on them, it is recommended that you do not cut into them and use them for decorative purposes only.
